OVERVIEW:
The fair use policy of WaveNetworks aims to prevent excessive and abusive usage of the network, maintaining high-quality internet experience for all Subscribers. It allows for reasonable and non-excessive use of our data plans. Excessive usage may be determined by factors like network capacity and impact on other Subscribers’ experiences. WaveNetworks reserves the right to monitor network usage and take actions, including throttling or suspending the Service, if usage is deemed excessive that other subscribers are detrimentally affected.
BREACHED POLICY:
If any subscriber’s use of these services constitute a breach of this Policy, WaveNetworks or it’s underlying third-party infrastructure providers may, at their discretion, either utilize traffic shaping to temporarily de-prioritize the speed of the connection and/or give the subscriber notice to stop the unacceptable use(s) and/or terminate that subscriber’s services (with or without further notice as is deemed appropriate). In any cases where a subscriber service is terminate because of violating this policy there will be no refund due to that customer. And WaveNetworks reserves the right to ban such customer from ever using it’s service(s).
